Using Fields, the Report Designer can be used to pull information from Quantify, such as Job Site Name, Creation Date, Total Cost and use this information to populate the Report. This is most useful when using tables on reports as you can use these tables to display a large volume of data.
Each report comes with a series of fields hard-coded which vary from report to report. You can find the list of fields that can be used as an expression to the right of a report.
Each report will have a different set of fields, for example any Estimate reports will have fields that are relevant for an estimate report, such as Estimate Unit prices.
A Shipment Report will contain different fields, such as ShipmentProduct (see below).
