# Adding a Return Transom - Kwikstage

Avontus Designer enables you to add return transoms to corner connections in any Kwikstage Wall Scaffold.

To add a return transom to a Kwikstage Wall Scaffold:

1. Either add or select the room object or set of Walls that connect in a right angle.
2. Click the **Structures** tab and click **Wall** **Scaffold**.

The *Wall Scaffold* dialog appears.
3. [Configure the Scaffolding as appropriate](/v1/docs/enabling-bay-level-editor).
4. Click the **Independent Bays** corner type, and click the **Use Return Transom** box.
5. Click **OK**.

Avontus Designer adds the Scaffolding with return transoms.
