# Adding a Text/Hazard section.

You can add a hazard or text section to your safety document template

1. Select **Global Settings**

1. Click **Add**
2. Select either **Text** or **Hazard**

1. Specify the Name
2. Select the **Parent Section**, if required

1. Add content to the body of the text. You can use merge fields to pull in data.
2. Click OK
