The conceptual view won't draw bays in some cases if one or more bays have a 1-node top level with vertical braces.
Fix Visio layer dialog box to at least view part of the checkboxes while we wait for a fix from Microsoft.
Fixed a bug in which newly added bays would revert to original size when removing side brackets.
