28 day money back guarantee. If, after attending training and contacting our support department you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund. Credit card and bank fees do not apply. A foreign currency refund may differ if the exchange rate has changed. Offer is valid for new customers only.
Pay-as-you-go is billed every 28 days. If cancellation occurs before the end of the period, your software will continue to run until the next renewal date and will then cease to function.
Training is included in the Startup Cost. You can cancel at any time but the Startup Cost is non-refundable. If cancelled and re-subscribing at a later date, Startup Cost will apply again.
