# Editing an order

You can make changes to an existing order, this includes updating the order number and a description.

To edit an order

1. From the **Map** screen, select **Global** **Settings** on the panel to the left.

2. In the **Global** **Settings** screen, click **Orders**.

3. In the **Orders** screen, select the order to modify and click **Edit.**

4. In the **Order** **Details** screen, make a change. For example, we could make a change to the description.

5. Click **OK.**

The **Orders** screen will be updated.
