The Consumable Catalog enables you to overwrite the cost of selected Consumables with the average cost of those Consumables or with the last cost of the Consumables. The Average Cost takes the average cost of the selected Consumables in all purchase transactions of those Consumables created in Quantify. The Last Cost is the last amount paid for the Consumables.
To overwrite the cost of a Consumable item.
Click the Consumable Catalog
Select the parts
Select Change
Hover over Set Selected Items Cost
Click Last Cost or Average Cost
Click OK
