Issues Resolved
- Fix crash when A4 paper size is selected and source of report definition isn't specified.
- When out of service status changed after item marked billable, the invoice entry went to the wrong accounting item.
- Crash related to pivot state restored from an old version that was missing newer columns.

- We now log in history when a part is moved between to be serviced and out of service.
