Version: 8.2.1401.123 Release Date: August 14, 2018
Features
The data in the print preview of pivot reports can now be displayed ungrouped. This makes it easier to work with the data when exported to Excel. A new option in My Options, under the new tab for Reports, turns this grouping on or off.
In addition to the Visio file, Quantify now attaches a PDF file of your Avontus Designer drawing. Avontus Designer version 6.3 or later is required.
You can now move products and consumables to new inactive catalogs so that the parts will no longer be visible (products will remain visible on existing shipments, estimates, invoices, etc.).
All parts on a shipment can now be moved to Out of Service in one operation. A note can be added to all of the out of service items.
Enhancements
Added more data types to expression editor which makes it easier for formulas to be entered.
You can now select a custom invoice (from Quantify End-User Report Designer) to be used as the default invoice. This is controlled in My Options under the Invoices and Files tab.
Invoices with a zero dollar amount can now be synchronized with QuickBooks.
When scaffolds are in the same location we now offset the map pin by a few feet so that the grouping of pins can be selected.
You can now prorate Estimates, Shipments, and Rate Profiles to have a rent or sell price calculated to a specific amount based on the list price.
Changed the name of the Xero invoice so that it can be emailed from Xero properly.
Greatly improved performance of the Estimate pivot reports, they should load much faster now.
There is a new checkbox in the Product Catalog that controls if the product is included in the utilization reports or not. All products are included by default.
