# Safety Document Template Tab

The Safety Document Template tab is where you can find any Safety Documents related to this Request. You create Templates in the [Global Settings](https://docs.avontus.com/docs/safety-document-template-options), and then modify these templates for an individual [request or scaffold](https://docs.avontus.com/docs/adding-safety-document-to-a-scaffold).

Safety Documents can also added to Scaffolds. For more information, please refer to [working with Scaffolds and Safety Documents](https://docs.avontus.com/docs/safety-documents-1).
