Selecting and Viewing a Report in Report Designer

When you open the Report Designer app, you will be shown a list of reports available for editing, (Report Configurations). Here you can select what report you want to edit on the left. You can also select to edit the modified reports on the right. When you have finished modifying the selected report, you can then use the report in Quantify.

For example, if you edit the Estimate Summary by clicking the Add button and save with a specified name (in this example we are creating a report called Landscape Report).

You can then preview estimate in this report by going to Estimates tab and selecting the modified report from the Reports drop-down.

If modifying a transaction report, and you want to preview a modified transaction report, you have to go to the Transaction tab and select the report there.

Reports such as the Scaffold Tag Report can be viewed by clicking the Reports drop-down in the Scaffold Register tab.
