When editing a Safety Document, you may need to assign the severity of a potential hazard when it occurs. Select the probability of a hazard occurring, and its severity.
The severity types can be modified in the Safety Document Template options screen of the Global Settings.
In the Severities screen, you can add or remove Severities types, which can then be assigned to a hazard within a safety document.
