Using the Support Group

The Support group in the Handset Designer ribbon provides quick access to tools for learning about Handset Designer and troubleshooting issues you may encounter.

Note: For help with the Microsoft Visio functions that Handset Designer uses, refer to the Microsoft Visio Help Center.

To use the Support group:

• Click the Handset Designer tab:
• Click Avontus Assist to access the Avontus Assist Handset Designer home page via your default web browser.
• Click Quantify Demo to access open a video demonstration of the Quantify product.
• Click License Info to access license information, support phone numbers or to send an email to Avontus Software Support (support@avontus.com).
• Click Sample Drawing to open a detailed sample Handset Designer drawing.
