Utilization

Utilization is the measure of the percent of the consolidated equipment used on each pour. Each percentage is calculated by taking the page total and dividing it by the consolidated total. You can use this value to help determine your pour efficiency by comparing the utilization of the materials on each page.

In the example shown, Pour 1 has a 100% utilization (8 on the page, divided by a consolidated total of 8, multiplied by 100).

Pour 2 has a utilization rate of 50% (4 on the page divided by a consolidated total of 8, multiplied by 100).

This tells you that if you ship the consolidated list to the job site, you'll use all of the panels on the first pour, but only half of them on the second pour.
