Enhancements

  • Overall stability improvements and other enhancements from customer feedback and crash reports.

Issues Resolved

  • When the lock checkbox is checked on the estimate the No. Units is no longer editable.
  • Reworded label on estimate permission.
  • Fix email notification for requests where the assigned to person always appeared as UserAssignedTo.
  • Estimate unit-hours tab columns now match the textboxes and order in the scaffold activity.
  • Added several more cases for better error detection when connection has been lost.
  • Additional charges on shipment details tab failed to update when the treeview focus changed.
  • When a crash occurs, check for updates was not performing a silent check.
  • On the forecast, the checkbox to exclude unchanged products required a double click, it's now a single click.
  • Fix crash when jobsite is taxable but taxes on an invoice have been removed.
  • Fix out of service pivot where the part count included quantities that were moved to the branch office.
  • Quantify Web export to Excel formatting has been corrected.
  • When creating invoices and a transfer exists, the quantities would sometimes outnumber the progress bar and cause a crash. This has been fixed.
  • When taxes are used on a location, but the tax has been cleared off of the invoice, a crash occurred when synchronizing to QuickBooks, which has been fixed. A warning is now issued.
  • Fix date formatting on Excel export for product history for the month, day, and year.
  • Miscellaneous improvements to the warning messages on permissions when end-users are not permitted to perform various actions.
  • Fix invalid printer exception for networked that are no longer connected or no longer valid.
  • Fixed the stocked column in the out of service grid from being hidden upon a focus change in the treeview.
  • Estimate factor was not calculating properly when creating an estimate.
  • Scaffold returns and transfers were automatically setting the return rent stop date, which makes conversion to billing a bit more work as these dates need to be modified and may not be correct.
  • Rent extension pivot appeared to fail to generate data if a job has an invoice condition where rent stop is less than rent start. Detect the condition and inform the end-user.
  • If a part is only on a transaction it now cannot be deleted from the product catalog.
  • You can now install Quantify on any screen resolution.
  • Editing of additional charges on a scaffold tag invoice has been disabled. The invoice may contain multiple scaffolds and relating it to a single one is not possible. Editing or creating a shipment should occur instead.
  • Quantity factors in estimates were not always calculating the total properly as the factor was changed.
