Use the Recurring Charges tab to include recurring rent charges. Enter the appropriate numbers in the No. of Units and the Rent/Unit column as needed for the Estimate. In the example above, nine units of Lump Sum Rent has been added to this Estimate.

| No. Units | Use this column to enter the number of Recurring Charges that will be used for the current Estimate. |
| Rent/Unit | This column displays the rent charged for each current Recurring Charge. You can edit the entries in this column. |
