Adding Items to a Layer

When you add an item to a layer, that item is visible as long as the layer is visible.

To add items to a layer:

1. Select the item(s) on the Drawing Page you would like to add to a layer.
     

2. Click the Home tab, the click the Layers dropdown and select Assign to Layer.
    
   The Layer dialog appears.

3. Click the checkbox(es) to the left of the appropriate layer name(s).
    
   

4. Click OK
