I created invoices for a job and realized they are incorrect after saving. Can I delete these invoices?
Answer:
Once saved, you cannot individually void or delete an invoice.
If the invoice is incorrect due to information such as Additional Charges or Discounts, you can edit the invoice. Refer to Old-Old-Editing an Invoice for more information.
If the invoice is missing returned materials (return was not entered prior to invoicing), add this return as a credit on the next invoice. refer to Old-Configuring Quantify to Allow Returns in a Previous Billing Cycle for more information.
If all of the invoices for a job site are incorrect and/or invoices for the most recent billing cycle are incorrect, reset the billing for the job site. This feature can remove invoices, but it also recalculates invoice history for the job site. Refer to Resetting Billing for more information, warnings and details.
