Use the Recurring Charges tab to include recurring rent charges. Enter the number of units and the charge/unit as needed for the Estimate.
Note: For an explanation of all the fields in this tab, refer to About the Estimate Dialog Recurring Charges Tab.
To configure the new Estimate's Recurring Charges tab:
Click the Recurring Charges tab.
The Estimate dialog refreshes.Locate the item you want to add to the Estimate, click in the its cell in the No Units column and enter the appropriate amount.
Click in ithe cell in the Rent/Unit column and enter the appropriate amount.
Repeat the above two steps as many times as necessary.

Quantify displays the totals at the bottom of the dialog.
Click OK button when you are done.
