Invoicing reports are available from the Reports dropdown in the Invoices tab.
This dropdown provides access to the following reports:
Print Preview, Detailed | Preview the selected Invoice in detailed format. This format includes complete Invoice details. |
Print Preview, Summary with Rent Lines | Preview the selected Invoice in summarized format, with individual lines for rental items. |
Print Preview, Summary with Rent Lines | Preview the selected Invoice in summarized format, with individual lines for rental items. This includes additional rental item details, like |
Print Preview, Summary | Preview the selected Invoice in summarized format, with single lines for Invoices charges. |
Print Preview, Scaffold Invoice | Preview the selected Scaffold Invoice with detailed information. |
Print Preview, Scaffold Summary invoice | Preview the selected Scaffold Invoice summarized by Scaffold. |
Print Preview, Scaffold PO/WO Summary | Preview the selected Scaffold Invoice summarized, grouped by Orders assigned to the invoiced Scaffolds. |
Print Preview as Job Cost | Preview the selected selected Invoice, using job cost rates, as set in the Rate Profile. |
Print selected Invoice(s) | Print a selection of Invoices to desired format. |
Save Selected Invoices to File | Save selected Invoices to .pdf or Excel format. Quantify saves Invoices using the format set in the My Options dialog. |
Billable Job site Summary | The Billable Job Site Summary provides billing method and invoicing options for all billable Job Sites. |
Invoice Pivot | Generate a pivot report that includes all invoices in the current grid. |
Invoice Additional Charges Pivot | Generate a pivot report that includes the Additional Charges for all Invoices in the current grid. |
Rent Extension Pivot | Generate a pivot report that calculates how much rent will be charged to a specific date. |

Viewing an Invoice
Quantify's Print Preview feature enables you to quickly view the contents of an Invoice.
Note: You can print Invoices or export them to Excel or PDF file format.
To view an Invoice.
Click the Invoices tab and double-click the appropriate Invoice.
The Invoice appears in the Preview dialog. To control the default Invoice format, refer to Configuring Invoice Default Preview Options.
To print the Invoice, click the Print button ( ).
To close the Invoice, click the Close button ( ).
Viewing an Invoice Report
Quantify's Print Preview feature enables you to quickly view an Invoice report.
Note: You can print reports or export them to Excel or PDF file format.
To view an Invoice report.
Click the Invoices tab and click the appropriate invoice(s).
Note: To select multiple, consecutive invoices, click the first invoice and press the Shift key while you click the last invoice. To select multiple, non-consecutive invoices, press the Control key and click the appropriate invoices.
Click the Reports dropdown and select what type of report you want from the Print Preview Selected Invoice or Print Selected Invoice sub-menu.
For regular Job Sites, your options are Detailed, Summary with Rent Lines, Summary with Rent Lines (Landscape) and Summary.
For scaffold tracking Job Sites, your options are Scaffold Invoice, Scaffold Summary Invoice and Scaffold PO/WO Summary.
The report appears in the Preview dialog. .
To print the Invoice, click the Print button ( ).
To close the Invoice, click the Close button ( ).
