Scaffold Invoice Detailed Format

The Scaffold Invoice in Detailed format includes detailed invoice data for a selected Scaffold. Billing data includes the dates the scaffold is on rent, the beginning and ending dates and number of days each part is on rent, and shipment number details.  The Invoice can include detailed sections for Product charges and Consumables. Quantify summarizes charges, per Scaffold, for each Scaffold Tag.
