To add an attachment to an Activity

  1. Go to the Activities screen and select the Activity to modify.
     
  2. Select Attachments
     
  3. Select the + icon
     
  4. Select to specify whether you wish to take a photo or choose a photo from your library.
     
  5. Take a photo or locate a file and tap OK.
  6. Browse and select your image
     
  7. Specify the attachment name and tap Submit.
     
    The new attachment will be added
