Assigning a User to Multiple Request Lists

If your database is configured to use Location-Based Security, you can use Quantify's Multi-Assign feature to assign a User to multiple Request Lists at once.

To assign a User to multiple Job Site Request Lists at once:

  1. Click the Users tab.

  2. Click the Security dropdown and select Assign Request Users.
     
    The Multi-Assign User to Job Request Lists dialog appears.

  3. Click the User dropdown and select the appropriate user.

    Quantify populates the Multi-Assign User to Request Lists area with the Request Lists. 

  4. Click the checkbox to the left of each Request List to which you want to assign the user.

    Note: Click Check All to put a check in every checkbox or Clear All to clear all checkboxes.

  5. Click OK.
