Assigning an Area to a Request (Android)

You can assign an area to a Request. An Area could be geographical, such as a location on a job site or it could depend on the type of unit. 

You cannot create Areas on the mobile app, this can only be done on the desktop, however, you can assign a Request to an Area.

1. Go to the Requests screen
    
   

   Note: You can also access the Request Details from the Map screen

    

2. Tap a Request

3. In the Request screen, tap the … in the top right and select Edit
    

    

4. Scroll to the General section and tap Area.

5. Tap the area to assign the request to.
   The new area will be selected, click the tick icon to confirm this change.
