Rejecting a Request (Android)

Sometimes a request is rejected because it may not be needed or does not meet requirements. To reject a request.

1. From the Map screen, locate the request to reject.

2. Tap on the Request Pin

3. Tap on the status

4. Tap Reject and Delete Scaffold and the request will be removed from the Map and the Request screen.
   

   

   Note: You can only view rejected Requests on the Desktop application as all rejected requests are removed from the mobile app.

   
   You can also reject a Request at any approval stage, such as Initial Approval.
