In order to ensure that the data in the Quantify database easily syncs up with the data in the Sage 50 database, Quantify must have the Revenue Credit Account ID that matches with that information in Sage 50. You enter this information into the Billing tab of the Global Options dialog. The procedures below show you how to do that.
To configure Recurring Charges for Sage 50:
- Click the Tools menu and select Global Options.

The Global Options dialog appears. - Click the Billing tab.
- Click the Recurring Charges accounting item type, then click the Edit button (
).
The Accounting Type dialog appears. - Click in the Credit text field in the Revenue area and enter the appropriate Sage 50 Account ID, matching the general ledger account number for rental revenue.
- Click OK.
The Global Options dialog returns. - Click OK.
