Erecting a Scaffold

When a request has been approved by the relevant user, you can now start building the scaffold. You can begin building the scaffold on both the Map screen and Scaffolds screen.

Erecting a Scaffold from the Map Screen  

1. On the Map screen, select the Scaffold to be erected.

2. Select Awaiting Build.

3. Select Begin Build.

4. Click OK.
   

    
   The status of the Scaffold will change to Build in Progress.

5. Select Build in Progress.

6. Select Complete Build.

7. Click OK
    

   
   The Scaffold will change to Awaiting Inspection, Awaiting Handover or Standing.

Erecting a Scaffold from the Scaffold Details Screen

1. From the Map screen, go to the Scaffolds screen.

   Note: You can also select a scaffold from the Map and click Scaffold Details.

   
    

2. Double-click or select Details on the scaffold waiting to be erected. This scaffold will be in the Awaiting Build status.
    
   

   Note: You can also build the Scaffold by clicking the Awaiting Build status and selecting Begin Build.

3. Select Begin Build.
   
   
    

4. In the Activity Details screen, click OK
   
   
    

5. In the Scaffold Details screen, select Complete Build
   
    

6. Select OK
    
   The Scaffold will change to Awaiting Inspection, Awaiting Handover or Standing.

   Note: Admin users have the ability to specify what happens after a Scaffold is erected in the Scaffold Settings.
