Above the map is a toolbar where a user can add a request or scaffold, specify filters to display certain requests or scaffolds or jump to your current location.
Add
Selecting Add will create a new scaffold or request. The Scaffolds button to the right of the Add button indicates whether a scaffold or request is added. In the example below, selecting Add will create a new scaffold. Adding a scaffold, without going through the approval process, is useful for when a scaffold has already been erected on a jobsite but not logged on the Avontus Site application because, for example, the scaffolds were erected before the software was purchased.
When the Add button is selected, a crosshair will appear on the map allowing the requestor to pinpoint exactly where they wish to create the request or erect the scaffold.

Scaffolds/Requests
This button determines whether requests or scaffolds are displayed on the map. It also determines whether a scaffold or request is created when the user adds a request or scaffold to the map.
Selecting Requests will only display requests. These are marked by an “R” prefixed before the ID (e.g. R-00000033). Selecting Add, will add a request.
Selecting Scaffolds will only display scaffold pins on the map. These are marked with an “S” prefixed before the ID (e.g. S-00000033). Selecting Add, will add a scaffold.
Filter
The Filter button is used to filter the requests and scaffolds that are visible on the map. This allows users to only display requests or scaffolds that are relevant to them. Users can select to display requests or scaffolds of their choice, for instance, a user can filter out all scaffolds except those that are Awaiting Build so that only scaffolds that are waiting to be built will be shown on the map.
Tick the checkbox to enable or disable a filter option.
Note: There are differences in the filters available when viewing Requests or Scaffolds. The filters for each are shown below.
Requests
Initial Approval - Display any requests in the Initial Approval status.
Secondary Approval - Display any requests in the Secondary Approval status.
Estimate - Display any requests in the Estimate status.
Estimate Approval - Display any requests in the Estimate Approval status.
Final Approval - Display any requests in the Final Approval status.
Awaiting Modification - Display any requests in the Awaiting Modification status.
Awaiting Dismantle - Display any requests in the Awaiting Dismantle status.
Build Completed - Display any requests in the Build Completed status.
Modification Completed - Display any requests in the Modification Completed status.
Dismantle Completed - Display any requests in the Dismantle Completed status
Rejected - Display any requests in the Rejected status.
Scaffolds that are assigned to me - Display all requests assigned to you.
Scaffolds that I'm a member of - Display all requests where you are the requestor, user, foreman or inspector.
Scaffolds that I'm watching - Display the requests that you have selected to "watch".
Scaffolds
Awaiting Build - Display all scaffolds in the Awaiting Build status.
Build in Progress - Display all scaffolds in the Build in Progress status.
Standing - Display all scaffolds in the Standing status.
Awaiting Handover - Display all scaffolds in the Awaiting Handover status.
Awaiting Inspection - Display all scaffolds in the Awaiting Inspection status.
Do Not Use - Display all scaffolds in the Do Not Use status.
Modification in Progress - Display all scaffolds in the Modification In Progress in status.
Awaiting Repair - Display all scaffolds in the Awaiting Repair status.
Repair in Progress - Display all scaffolds in the Repair in Progress status.
Dismantle in Progress - Display all scaffolds in the Dismantle in Progress status.
Dismantled - Display all scaffolds in the Dismantled status.
Scaffolds that are assigned to me - Display all scaffolds assigned to you.
Scaffolds that I'm a member of - Display all scaffolds where you are the requestor, user, foreman or inspector.
Scaffolds that I'm watching - Display scaffold that you have selected to "watch".
Street/Satellite
You can select to display the Map in Street or Satellite view. Select the drop-down to choose to change the Map

Refresh
Select Refresh to reload the map.
Fit
When viewing an Area (selected to the left of the map), selecting Fit will display all requests or scaffolds assigned to the selected Area on the map within a single frame.

Note: If you do not have any scaffold/requests pins displayed, selecting Fit will zoom to the map overlay if one has been uploaded. If you do not have an Overlay, you'll be taken to your current location.
My Location
Select this button to go straight to your current location. Your location is marked by a blue circle.
