There are two types of purchase Transactions in Quantify:
- Purchase Available Products Transactions add selected Products to the available inventory at the selected Branch Office, making them available for shipping or renting immediately.
- Order Available Products place selected Products On Order and the Products must be received before Quantify adds them to available inventory. On-Order Transactions have a green arrow next to them.
Order (Re-Rent) and Order (New) Transactions work exactly the same as Order (Available) Transactions, the only difference being the owner of the material.
