There are two types of purchase Transactions in Quantify:
Purchase Available Products Transactions add selected Products to the available inventory at the selected Branch Office, making them available for shipping or renting immediately.
Order Available Products place selected Products On Order and the Products must be received before Quantify adds them to available inventory. On-Order Transactions have a green arrow next to them.
Order (Re-Rent) and Order (New) Transactions work exactly the same as Order (Available) Transactions, the only difference being the owner of the material.
