About Syncing and Working with QuickBooks

Quantify and QuickBooks communicate with each other in a seamless fashion, eliminating the burden of manual data entry. Invoices created in Quantify can be synchronized with QuickBooks with the click of a menu item. Additionally, QuickBooks invoice payment status will be updated in Quantify. Customers are associated with QuickBooks, and Job Sites are automatically created in QuickBooks, if they do not yet exist. Finally, rent can be written out to QuickBooks as a single rent item or broken out into rent categories, as defined in the Product Catalog.
